Our Mission

The horse world can be an intimidating and scary place to enter without an experienced horse person in your corner. My goal, as your trainer, is to teach confidence in a way that works for you. Clients are the forefront of this business, your experiences are valid and will be intertwined within my training methods.

In addition to this, focusing on what the equine partner needs is my first priority. This is why I started taking classes in massage and saddle fitting, as I want my partner to be best prepared for the ride ahead of us. The horse's needs come first.

Why I train

Horses have always been part of my life. I don’t remember a day not thinking about them. Typical horse-girl. First learning to ride from my mom, I always understood the horse has their own needs, feelings, and fears. Being in a horse world that doesn’t always put the horse’s feelings and needs first, I realized I’d have to start packing a punch to fight for them. I’ve taken several classes focusing on equine musculature, anatomy, saddle fitting, health, and more. I strive to gain more knowledge every day regarding our partners, as a happy horse is vital to reach competition goals. Even if someone’s goal isn’t to go to the Olympics one day- the horse still comes first. Seeing that not everyone thinks the way I do, I wanted to become a trainer and prove that understanding the horse’s ways of thinking and feeling make better partnerships between rider and horse.

This shows through my training, which creates calm and collected horses. They know I’m not going to ask something they cannot do, which in turn creates a happy balance in work ethic. Happy horses will be happy to learn.
